Oftentimes, clients know what they want… but this can be very different than what they need. For example, you might call to get help developing an Emergency Response Plan and have an idea about what you want to go in it; however, after discussing what you already have in place, we might discover that you’re actually at risk for a greater event.

We will take the time to listen and gain a greater understanding of the whole picture to help you find a better way to invest your money in a plan that you need or resources that would be more beneficial.

After discussing the wants and identifying the needs, it’s time to prioritize. Many companies and communities are unaware of what other hazards are bubbling at the surface unattended. After identifying all the hazards and areas of concern, we can help you prioritize a plan for what needs to be addressed now, what should be done next, and what can wait.

Now that we’ve identified your needs and prioritized what should be acted upon first, we can provide you with a general overview of the plan and an estimate that you can take to your organization or community for review and approval.
